Production Time

• Allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships
• Production time varies by product type and demand
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
• Flat rate: $4.99 per order
• Free shipping on all orders over $75
• Shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location

International Shipping

• Delivery estimate: 10–21 business days after production
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Some destinations may experience longer delays outside of our control

Important Notes

• We do not guarantee delivery dates. Estimates are not guarantees
• Once an order ships, delivery time is in the carrier's hands

• Address errors at time of ordering are the customer's responsibility

Return Window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items that show signs of wear, wash, or alteration are not eligible

Defective or Misprinted Items

• Defective, misprinted, or damaged items qualify for a free replacement
• No need to return the item — just send us documentation
• Email shop@noble-anarchy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
• Replacements are processed within 5–7 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Worn, washed, or altered items

Purchases and Pricing

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

Limitation of Liability

• Noble Art Syndicate PBC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or delivery failures beyond our control

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado
