POLICY
We stand behind every piece we produce. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how our returns process works.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
How To Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us
Email us at our store contact form with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
We'll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Ship Your Item
Package your item securely, write your RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation email. Items received after this window will be returned to sender.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed free of charge — we cover return shipping for exchanges within the contiguous United States.
If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit or full refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items (marked as Final Sale)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with tags removed
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or collaboration drops (unless defective)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Defective items can be reported within 60 days of purchase for full replacement or refund.
